The installers, Dustin & Kraig, were diligent, professional, courteous and quiet as they got our house heating again. We had a great experience with D&M heating. They were able to come to our home within an hour and a half of calling to request an appointment when our furnace failed and it was very cold outside. Our specialist, Alyssa, was fantastic and very professional. She took the time to explain the options we had when considering what kind of furnace to choose for replacement and installation. They also lent us space heaters to use until our furnace was installed. The installation itself was delightfully uneventful.
