Plumber did not want to work with my manufactures warranty; made excuse after excuse, after excuse for not wanting to work with manufacture warranty. He did not even want to speak with The manufacture warranty department personnel.

Omer recently replaced my hot water heater after my old one stopped working. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything that a home owner would need to know about the work he was doing and answer any questions that came up and make recommendations for concerns he spotted that was outside the scope of work.
