We had a crack in the toilet tank on our very old toilet. We initially had to make an appointment one week out, but were able to be added to their cancellation list. Lucky for us, someone cancelled the very next day and so Wrigley and Isiah promptly came out to check out our toilet. A replacement was recommended instead of repair, and they explained the process and helped us choose a new toilet. From start to finish, it took less than two hours. The final price was reasonable and even less than initially quoted once they saw what kind of model we needed. The guys were pleasant, worked quickly, took time to answer our questions, were clean and respectful of our home, and even graciously laughed at my bad jokes. 10/10, would use Knight Plumbing again! I've needed plumbing work done a few different times and they've responded very quickly. What ever my issues were they let me know beforehand what would be involved, other options if applicable, and the cost of the service. I've been very satisfied with the work they've done for me and will use them again when the need arises. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.
