ARC Contracting

My husband and I worked with ARC to upgrade the exterior of our 1960's home. Prior to calling ARC, we had 3 different contracting companies come to our place to look at the job and none of them would take it because our home had a partial stucco exterior, which is very difficult to work with. ARC came out and agreed, the job would be difficult, but they were willing to put in the work. Once the job started, we had a personal contact to reach out to if we had any issues along the way. He was responsive and ensured that any of our concerns were valued and that issues were rectified. He never made us feel that we were asking too much of his crew. Following the completion of the work, we received calls from the Project Manager and our Sales Rep to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. We did have a few small details that needed to be addressed and they were fixed within a timely manner. Overall, I was happy with the responsiveness of the team and the work was done beautifully.

Arc Contracting did a great job. They coordinated replacing my siding and installed a new roof for my home after storm damage. Nick was the key contact for the project. He was knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. The workmanship was excellent and they helped me seamlessly navigate the difficult insurance process. I would definitely recommend using ARC! I had an excellent customer experience.

I can not give enough thank you's to the entire ARC team! I specifically worked with Adam R to find a remedy for my commercial roof that had prior faulty work done by another company. I had 5+ roofing companies come out to look over the project + quote, but knew I wanted to move forward with Adam + the ARC team based on the way he handled our initial meeting. The quote came back at an extremely fair price & they were fast to get me on the schedule for my new roof! I worked with Adam R through the entire process and his communication and overall care for this project was AMAZING. After having some mild relationship trauma from my previous roofers, I can't express what a breath of fresh air it was to work with the ARC team. Every member of the ARC team I worked with was professional, kind, & seemed to really care about the service they were doing! I would literally die for the ARC family at this point, love ya'll to death.
