Modern Sheet Metal Heating & Cooling

We just moved into our home and the previous owner recommended Modern Sheet Metal Heating and Cooling to us and I'm very glad she did. I called at 3:00 with an issue and Caleb was here by 3:30 and had it fixed in no time. Very impressed!

Had a leak in our AC unit. The technician came right away to evaluate a possible leaking coil and give an estimate. Upon returning for the service call he determined the coil was fine and that something else was wrong, called for a second opinion and a major problem suddenly became a simple adjustment to leaking valves. So appreciate the second opinion. Extremely honest company, saved us considerable money. Will continue to have them service our furnace and AC unit. Highly recommend. Unfortunately, our central air started making a ruckus and wasn't working properly. Of course the weather was going to be HOT. We called and left a voicemail to call us when the office opened. They called first thing next morning and were here by 9am repairing the unit!!! Super courteous and professional!!!! Thank you so much for doing what you do.
