Mad city did a wonderful job! I just had a baby (like within a few days of the quote) and the sales guy (Zach) was very understanding and receptive, especially given that I forgot about the appointment and it was valentines day. Zach was very thorough and accomodating. He did not hover and allowed my husband and I come to a decision without pressure. When it came to instalation it was very quick and painless. They gave us a leadtime of 12-16 weeks, but I believe they came even faster than that (maybe 10 weeks). All the windows are custom built so it's priced by window installed (with the exception of the large casing window we have in the kitchen), which worked out well for us because - literally - none of our windows were standard. I noticed a scratch on my window in the kitchen, called my local office and had it taken care of the same day.
