I am as happy as any customer could be. Elite(Ryan) and his crews did an outstanding job. I have done construction for over 50 years and certainly recognize quality work and service. I had the siding crew, the deck crew, and the gutter crew at my house. All were professional doing their craft. They all cleaned up after themselves too. Elite Exteriors installed new James Hardie siding and a roof on my house. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of their workmanship. I have received several compliments on how my house looks. Their crews were very professional and friendly. Elite Exteriors did a good job responding to concerns and questions that I raised during and after the project. Communication ahead of the project commencing could have been better and helped things go a little smoother but overall I am very happy with the end result. Elite Exteriors provided a comprehensive and competitive bid proposal for my storm a damaged 3rd story residential roof. They recommended the GAF Timberline HDZ roof system for its superior quality, aesthetics, and warranty. Of the 5 contractors I received bids from, their contract was by far the most professional, clear and concise. They were also one of the few roof contractors to have carpenters on staff to handle the roof and eave repairs without the need for me to hire a separate carpentry contractor. They completed the project in record time, from complete tear off to deck and eave repairs, to re-shingling and flat roof replacement. The team work was amazing to watch. They had the finest automated equipment, lifts and dumpsters to not only deliver the quickest and best quality work but protect the home, landscaping, workers, and residents as well.
