Elite Exteriors provided a comprehensive and competitive bid proposal for my storm a damaged 3rd story residential roof. They recommended the GAF Timberline HDZ roof system for its superior quality, aesthetics, and warranty. Of the 5 contractors I received bids from, their contract was by far the most professional, clear and concise. They were also one of the few roof contractors to have carpenters on staff to handle the roof and eave repairs without the need for me to hire a separate carpentry contractor. They completed the project in record time, from complete tear off to deck and eave repairs, to re-shingling and flat roof replacement. The team work was amazing to watch. They had the finest automated equipment, lifts and dumpsters to not only deliver the quickest and best quality work but protect the home, landscaping, workers, and residents as well.
