House Doctors offers friendly, honest, knowledgeable customer service from the first contact with Libby in the office, to meeting Joe for the first time for an estimate, to receiving the written estimate, communicating with Deborah to having Joe & Sean come to do the actual work on the project. Joe & Sean did the work, leaving the work site as it was before they started. Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time. I have already started another list of projects and look forward to having House Doctors return to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance projects for my home are done professionally. I won't hesitate to recommend House Doctors to my neighbors and friends. They are true service oriented professionals.

Not super impressed with this business. Had high hopes due to all the hype on socials for their quality work. We had someone out for an estimate, & he told us we would hear from someone within the week and never did. Also he was in and out within 5 minutes to look at our issue and this is an EXTENSIVE job so I find it pretty unlikely he actually observed everything. Anyway, we are over a month out from when we were supposed to get contacted and nothing. Very disappointed. Service: Water damage repair

I have been using House Doctors for YEARS, and even when I recently moved, they were an integral part of getting our new place in order. Deborah is AMAZING! We are on a first-name basis; she knows exactly who I am when I call. Joe and Shawn are super! They come on time and get the job(s) done. They are friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and capable in their work. I do not hesitate to call this company and recommend them regularly to others.
