I needed a new garbage disposal and used Boyd's Plumbing for the first time. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning. The person who took my call for the appointment was very nice. I also received an email with a picture of my technician, Jake, with a information about him so I knew who would be coming to my door and a phone call before he came to let me know he was on the way. Jake explained things very well and took his time to do things the neatly and the right way. I highly recommend Boyd's Plumbing.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and Boyd Plumbing was the first company I had come out. Eric R. was my technician and he took the time to explain to me the various issues I was facing beyond just the clogged sink. Eric was incredibly professional, kind, informative, and polite. He was able to get the work done extremely fast and even took extra time to walk me through some additional steps I could take on my own to keep my system working properly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Boyd and especially Eric. Boyd will be the first call I make next time I have a plumbing issue!

I was pretty disappointed to learn that Boyd is now a Bonney company but decided to proceed with our appointment anyway. We had a leak in our bathroom. Bonney cut two holes in our drywall, diagnosed the leak (thanks - already knew we had a leak), charged us a diagnosis fee, and quoted us TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace all of the plumbing in our entire house. Not including the original bathroom repair, of course....which was the only thing we needed repaired. Our home is older and passed every other plumbing inspection prior to purchase. Bonney likes to call me every couple of weeks to see if we're ready to replace all of our plumbing. They called me again a couple of days ago, which reminded me to post this review. We had our bathroom torn out and the plumbing repaired by another company for a fraction of the cost and we'll never be using Bonney for anything in the future.
