This review is for Jamie in the office and Josh and Mitch from California Energy Consultant Services. They provided excellent service and worked hard to get us ready for the heat. Mitch and Josh were on time, respectful, had good communication about the process and since I work from home, they worked with me and my work schedule. They introduced us to the new thermostat and showed us how the system works. They also worked around my dog and were friendly. I am grateful for their cooperation and understanding. My family has purchased 3 entire homes of windows and patio doors from California Energy Consultant Service, and I recommend them to friends because their products, prices and customer service are excellent from the initial consultation through installation and any questions or help we need later with anything. We found Gary easy to work with and appreciated his advice when choosing new windows, and the installers were professional and did great jobs every time. We have had a few minor issues over the years regarding wear and tear on our windows and screens, and CECS continues to provide excellent communication, service and customer support.
