Doug and his crew delivered on their promise to install a quality, quiet whole house fan in our attic. Doug showed up exactly when he said he would. He was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions about the unit and how to operate. He took the time to explain details about proper operation. I was able to set an appointment with Doug the next day after reaching out on his website to troubleshoot a faulty outdoor light. He and his assistant Josh had the problem identified quickly, replaced a faulty switch and only charged me for the labor which was about 1/2 what I was expecting based on quotes I got from other electricians. Doug and Josh, were polite, professional and followed all Covid 19 protocols which I appreciated. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them.
