Golden-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our 3 year new a/c fail Friday just as the temps were heading into the 100s again. Called a few places, those who returned my call couldn't get to us until the following Monday (understandably). Goldenaire found a way to get to us, and had us fixed in a half hour! Had necessary parts in his truck and took time to answer my many questions. Knowledgeable, personable, professional, reasonable, and courteous. Highly recommend them. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Carol who is a senior with heat. Golden-Aire was super responsive. Molly sent out someone that same afternoon. Chris who took the time to explain everything and replace the part. Heat was restored and price was very fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

In the middle of a scorching heat wave I called Golden Aire in Orangevale and left a voice mail at 8 PM. My AC was down. At 8 AM I got a call that a service man would be here by 10AM. And he was! A two hour inspection in my attic and out side required 2 diodes. AC back on blasting cold air at noon. Highly recommend.
