Update: since publishing my original review we used Andrews to replace our central air conditioning system that was original to the house and finally died of old age. pricing was very fair and the crew did a great job removing and installing the new air handler line set and condenser. there was an initial slight mixup that was fixed promptly. Several weeks later we began to have an issue with the compressor prematurely shutting off or not turning on at all and an error code being thrown by the air handler. the guys were at the house very often to try and figure it out and tried everything they could as they worked with the manufacturer. very responsive and through working with the manufacturer the issue was resolved and no issues since. i appreciate the customer service they provided and highly recommend them. Andrew's Oil & Gas did an incredible job converting our house from oil to natural gas. The crew was courteous, professional, timely, and responsive. They made sure to fully explain the work that was being done and completely answered any and all questions that I had. They paid attention to every small detail - putting down floor coverings to prevent tracking dirt into the house, cleaning up after each day, and ensuring their work is done completely and accurately. Wanted to come leave some feedback for a company we have been using for a few years as oil delivery, maintenance, and repairs. 5 stars for sure. They squeezed us into a busy schedule and got our heat running for a very reasonable price and the guys were great at explaining what was going on and what the fix was.
