Update: since publishing my original review we used Andrews to replace our central air conditioning system that was original to the house and finally died of old age. pricing was very fair and the crew did a great job removing and installing the new air handler line set and condenser. there was an initial slight mixup that was fixed promptly. Several weeks later we began to have an issue with the compressor prematurely shutting off or not turning on at all and an error code being thrown by the air handler. the guys were at the house very often to try and figure it out and tried everything they could as they worked with the manufacturer. very responsive and through working with the manufacturer the issue was resolved and no issues since. i appreciate the customer service they provided and highly recommend them. I was not pleased with the service that was performed at my home. My initial call was to inspect my water boiler for a blower malfunction which was indicated on my device. After diagnosis was conducted, it was indicated that I would indeed need a blower installed. The following day once they arrived to replace the blower (not to mention they arrived with the wrong part) I was then advised that I would then need an entirely new water boiler installed due to corrosion. Then quoted over 8 thousand with a long list of parts to be replaced. My initial question at hand was why would they be so many parts to replace if I already had a system in place? Then they also did not have any part prices indicated either. Also how could they not see the stated corrosion upon initial inspection....after arriving with the wrong part? I then called another company who came out the following day and was able to fix the issue without replacing my entire water boiler and indeed just replacing the blower. The
