Questioning their services??? Techs wander around trying to “figure things out” and hours equals money. That is a red flag. At the end of the day, you spend more money on fixing your system because they figured things totally wrong.
Our AC stopped working while we are all home, distance learning and working from home.... Woodcock came out quickly and managed a repair on our unit! I was so thrilled we did not have to replace the entire condenser! They were professional, thorough, and honest! Something I don’t see much with maintenance and repairs these days. I so appreciate the service they provided at a great price! I will recommend Woodcock to all my family and friends! Our house is again cool as this hot, stay-at-home summer begins. Thank you! Awesome place!
I used Woodcock for a problem with a commercial Walk-in cooler. The tech was professional and courteous, and was able to diagnose and install the faulty part within a few hours. I will use them again in the future.
