In searching for a Master Plumber I looking for more than a mere faucet fix or clogged pipes. Most of the short sighted plumbers i met with were hesitant and only looking for the quick jobs. These volume plumbers have zero understanding of what its to not operate as a plumber but running your plumbing business for the long game. When I met Fernandez what i was want to do was to add a second water meter and Backflow to my home so that i can separate home usage from garden usage. He was fully onboard and and engaged throughout the entire process. He took two days off to accompany me at city hall in Miami Beach and sit with me through each approval process and planning. Never have i met a person whom took so much time to see me through this arduous process in dealing with the city to see that i get permits processed and inspections followed up on.
