This business is unreliable. I was schedule for service on 9/28/22 but no one showed up. They did not call to cancel or reschedule. I was able to finally reschedule after multiple attempts for 9/29/22. Guess what? No one showed up either. I requested the manager or owner contact me and resolve the issue but was ignored. I have no idea how they get so many positive reviews. They must pay people for those reviews. One star for sure Service: Fan repair
We were scheduled with Hern's through our home warranty company. Ronnie from Hern's arrived promptly and repaired our electric panel. Several of our appliances were without power, but after the repair, everything was up and running again. So glad to be able to use our water heater again!
