Wow! Our company called for repair on our A/C unit. Bold City was here within the hour. Justin told us what was needed to fix the unit, but since it was so old, we decided to go ahead and replace it. The next day, RT, Jaden, Derek, and one other man came out first thing. Not only did they replace the unit, they repaired the floor where the leak had ruined the wood, cleaned the walls that had been coated in dust, and showed me how to replace the filter. They cleaned up the area where they had been working even though they had laid a work cloth down to protect our floor. All of the technicians were nice and polite and answered our questions patiently. They are the best and made what seemed a huge job to us, easy and affordable. We know who to call for office or home A/C repair.
