I contacted several big companies about installing a new Carrier heat pump system. Bold City had the best response time and customer service! (Thanks, Mirza!) Our technician was RT. He is an expert craftsman and artisan. I was impressed with his quality of workmanship, and it put me at ease. We also tried their duct cleaning service. Daniel was very nice to work with. Had a new AC unit installed. Seth and Tom arrived on schedule and did a neat and professional install. My initial call to Louis was very informative. He gave me accurate quotes and information over the phone. Justin came out prior to install and examined my existing unit and told me what to expect with my new system. We’ve had great experiences with Bold City! Once was an urgent quick fix to get heat up again in our house we recently moved into and during this time the tech took the time to look at ductwork repairs we were already considering. We got a quick quote and finished all the work today with less than we originally thought was going to be needed.
