I am so over-the-moon happy that a friend of mine told me to reach out to Jaime at Oak Crest Roofing when I noticed that my roof was looking pretty bad. Jaime responded nearly immediately and was out to inspect our roof the next day. She sent a full report of what she found and then set up a zoom conference with us to go over it and how things work should we move forward with timeframe, insurance, permitting, etc. She even 3-way called our insurance with us to insure the claim was filed properly. When insurance called the next day after placing the claim to say the field adjuster would be out there, Jaime met him out there to review her findings with him. He put in for a full replacement. Our claims adjuster wasn't as responsive as hopeful but both Jaime and Denelle continued to reach out to them until we got our approval. I searched for a roofing contractor for a few months before I decided to go with Oak Crest. Mike Binney was very friendly and he walked us through each phase of the project. As a first time home owner we weren't familiar with all the steps but Mike worked with us and anytime we had any questions he was only a phone call away. He worked directly with our insurance company and kept us up to date on the status at all times. The work was completed quickly. We found a few nails in our yard after the crew left but Mike personally came out and went through our yard with a magnet to ensure the yard was cleaned. Overall Oak Crest was great to work with and I recommend them to anyone in need of repairs and/or a new roof.
