I called and requested a quote on cleaning the dryer vent/duct, he gave me the price and we set up a visit. However, once he arrived, he started complaining because of the size of the laundry, that he always has problems with this, that he should have asked about it when I called. Yes sir, if I called you to have you coming over to do something I don’t know or have the tools to do so, YOU ARE the one responsible for having asked me those questions. I am paying you to do it, and it’s not on me if you didn’t request all the information you needed. Not recommended.

I work for Checkmate Rentals, we manage many various properties, and finding great handymen is an important part of what we do. We always want the properties that we manage to be in great condition. Jose Artigas helped us out tremendously. A bed at one of our properties broke and the frame needed replaced. We were in a bind because new renters were coming that day. I looked for a handyman in Jacksonville, FL and I came across Jose Artigas. He had 5 stars and everything said about him was good. So I called him and he was very kind and willing to work for us.
