Air Pros - Ocala

Nothing but Issues with Air Pros, and Universal Air and Heat. Long story short, two holes in my ceilings, I had to fix myself. Incorrect installation, still trying to close out permits 8 months later. 6 days missed work so far dealing with appointments. Call in employees cannot contact managers, managers never call back, neither do appointment schedules. Butch is the only employee that knows what he is doing there, and he should just go into business for himself at this point.

Ryan was exceptional at explaining every procedure he went through. He explained what the results should be and what the issue could be if not. He was very thorough and spent his time efficiently to pinpoint the exact problem and rule out other possibilities. Very professional in every way.
