Called because our AC went out abruptly (we have a toddler & a newborn & it's August ) and were told it would be an hour to an hour ½ for a tech to get out here. Brian & Tony got to us is 30 minutes! Very professional & personable was able to take care of our issue in a few minutes & show us a few tips to prevent it. 6 out of 5 stars! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
They are a great company but their scheduling could use an overhaul. Rarely have they been on time which I get sometimes other jobs run longer than anticipated but a courtesy call from them explaining that would be nice. Customer shouldn't have to call multiple times to get updates. Service: HVAC system maintenance
All techs visits have been very professional and courteous. Ryan came today and his in-the-field customer service skills were laudable. Good job Air Pros ????
