UPDATE as of 7/31/23: we had the opportunity to use them again recently when they helped a friend of ours get their toilet fixed. They were professional, on time, and quick! So glad we found this company! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is a great company! I had an issue with my garbage disposal as it was making a terrible noise. I thought it would have to be replaced but it was as simple as a tiny piece of metal that somehow got in there that I could not see. Noah found the problem quickly and now it's purring like a kitten. The best aspect about a plumbing repair is that it is completed correctly and at the quoted price. 100% in this case. A simple garbage disposal replacement---simple for a plumber as not my forte. Had some issues figuring out why the new disposer would not work, then found there was no power, and after checking the breaker, found the old disposer had tripped the gfi. I would use Miller and Sons again if I need additional work.

Professional service and communication from start to finish! I was sent a reminder notification of the scheduled service time with the name of the technician. I also received a courtesy phone call to let me know the service person was running a little behind on the day of the appointment. The technician quickly diagnosed and made repairs in a timely manner. All points were clearly explained.
