We're new to the area and have not had great results with service professionals showing up when they stated they would. Well Miller and sons is one of the few companies to change my opinion. Doug came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative and kind. We do appreciate him greatly and will most definitely use them (Doug) again! Professional service and communication from start to finish! I was sent a reminder notification of the scheduled service time with the name of the technician. I also received a courtesy phone call to let me know the service person was running a little behind on the day of the appointment. The technician quickly diagnosed and made repairs in a timely manner. All points were clearly explained. I was given helpful information for replacement faucets to buy and will definitely call back to have these installed. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Shower repair

Miller and sons were recommended by my neighbor. I called and had to leave a message and I was pleasantly surprised that I was called back and it was after 5, which was surprising and appreciated as they could have waited till the next day. She inquired and pretty much diagnosed the probable cause. She offered that they could have someone come out the same day or schedule a different day. I went with a different day. The service tech was running s bit behind and they were courteous and let me know. They also sent me a reminder about my appointment. Daniel arrived and was very friendly and reassuring that he would get the problem solved. He was very thorough and talked and walked me through what he was doing. He answered my questions and was patient yet focused on getting it done. He didn’t rush which I appreciated and I was glad to have confidence in him and what he was doing. I was definitely relieved.
