Proguard Restoration

I am extremely pleased with Proguard. My roof was damaged during a hailstorm and I worked with Steve who made the process as easy as possible. My insurance company did their best to make the approval and payment of my claim as difficult as possible, but Steve stayed on top of them throughout. My insurance company dragged the process on for 7 months but Steve was persistent and kept me updated. I would highly recommend Proguard to anyone in need of a new roof. 2017 hail damage in Volusia co they were first in sub to pitch sales, neighbor and I and many more sign up. prior to start of repair hurricanes in s fl took precedence. I asked to be postponed since promised crew were in hi $$ area's like Naples and Marco Island i had no leakage and didn't want shoddy or rushed work! but co owner insisted they start! Substandard crew were imported and did substandard job! overwhelmed inspectors which couldn't care less let it slide.. like buying a house there are only a few times in life you can learn from your mistakes! Slight leak found after 2.8 years (U only get three) they drug it out till it was too late and was denied... after admitting they did shoddy work and promising it was going to be taken care of. So now problem is taken care of out of my pocket. So be advised they are not you friend just as a car dealer when it comes to the woo you in and rip you off. My roof had hail damage and I had a couple of leaks inside my house. Ryan with Proguard was very professional and handled absolutely everything for me. My new roof looks amazing.
