I had a heating emergency. Bedell's assigned a technician who called to do some preliminary diagnosis, then showed up and fixed the problem. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and still managed to complete the repairs quickly. Bonus - the bill was far less than I feared!
