The service technician that was sent Zoe L. was very polite but also patient with us. She explained everything she was doing or needed to do in terms we could understand. From the initial call with Tammie the customer service was exceptional. Tammie was able to get my service scheduled on the initial call and fit me into an earlier appointment. I called Summer's first and Mr. Plumber was a quicker response for the service I required. The team that handled my issue was very prompt and explained clearly what fix was required. Hayden was the initial tech to assess and when he ran into an issue and needed a camera to assess further Jenny arrived in about 30 minutes and was great in showing what occurred and check the 100ft plus of the sewer pipe to make sure it was clear. This provided confidence in what had to be repaired. Cole and his team arrived a week later, called ahead they were coming and arrived on time. A 10/10 experience from start to finish! We noticed a leak in one of our bathrooms around the toilet. I called Thursday afternoon and they sent a technician by 10:30 am the next day. Before the technician arrived I received a call with ETA and a text sharing a picture of the technician and a fun and friendly bio about him. It can be stressful to let a stranger into your home. The text was a small but personal touch that really eased my worries. When the technician arrived he wore shoe covers to prevent tracking in any dirt. The technician quickly assessed the issue in our bathroom and explained exactly what would be done and what costs would be involved. All fair prices. Not more than a half an hour later he finished replacing the wax ring for our toilet and cleaned the area thoroughly. As much as it stinks to have a leak, the process was as stress free as could be!
