I hired Renaissance Roofing in November after multiple shingles on my roof blew off. I called to schedule an initial consultation and they literally came out the next day to provide me with estimate. They were able to complete the service ahead of schedule and came out the day after Thanksgiving to do the work. While they were installing new shingles they did a full roof inspection and let me know of other areas that needed shingle replacements. The crew was able to fix the additional shingles right on the spot. The employees were hard working, timely, and great to work with! Many roofing companies won't take smaller scale roofing jobs and instead will only do new roof installations, so I was beyond pleased that Renaissance Roofing would take my smaller job and charge me a very fair price for the work. Unfortunately, zero is not available. I am a senior on a fixed income and I hired this company replace my flat roof. Do not use this company. They do not honor their work, less than six months after they replaced my roof and water was pouring into my home. I ended up having to replace my roof several ceilings, insulation and drywall in my kitchen one bedroom bathroom and hall due to their shotty work. When I contacted them, they came several times to look at it promises were made, and to date two years later, nothing has been done, I am in the process of suing them as it cost me over $15,000 in repairs as well as the original fee that they were paid. Sterling Hughey the owner promised to replace the roof, drywall, insulation and carpeting. He has done nothing and ignores my calls. Lawyers, Hall of Shame and Ruth to the rescue is my next step.
