Prompt, professional, and pleasant! We had a bathroom exhaust fan installed by Alfred (Al) Gordon at Benet Electrical. I called on a Wednesday and Al was able to come the following Monday. Al accomplished the install quickly with no issues or damage to the surrounding walls/ceiling, and thoroughly cleaned up after the project. The informal phone estimate we received was very close to the final cost of the project, and there was no up-selling or up-charging. I got about five informal phone estimates before deciding to go with Benet Electrical - they won the bid because the price seemed very fair relative to the other estimates (tied for lowest bid), and because later that day Benet Electrical was independently recommended by a friend of mine. Small but nice things: I appreciated that Al checked in right after we booked the appointment via text message to confirm my address, and later responded to my text when I had a question while selecting the fan.
