Great company. Competitive pricing. Excellent customer service.
Didn't show up at the scheduled time, didn't call me, didn't answer their phone, didn't have an email address, and didn't call me back. I'm going to be scraping their stickers off my HVAC system and replacing them with someone else's. UPDATE: Frustrated to read the response below, which is disingenuous at best. I obviously gave my phone number when I made the appointment; they just couldn't find it. I'm fine with them canceling due to weather, but failing to contact me is what's unacceptable, and I'm don't appreciate the implication that I'm being unreasonable. "I'm sorry you feel that way" isn't a real apology, it's passive-aggressive and unprofessional.
