While at my house to fix a separate issue, my technician, Dwayne, was also happy to give me a quote and install an entire generator receptacle and circuit. Not only did Dwayne take on the extra work with zero notice, he took the time to discuss what house appliances and electronics could and couldn’t be used simultaneously on generator power. Then, he guided me through all the steps to bring the generator up and ultimately power the house right then and there. I’m 100% confident that I’m covered in an emergency and I’m certain I’ll be using Bryant-Durham again in the future.
