I have had the pleasure to have them service our church HVAC for the two years I have been Chair of the building committee and have had them install a brand new HVAC system in my own home. I would like to thank L.D. Swain & Son for the fast and professional service they have provided me over the years. Recently we were having a problem with our outside unit not working properly and knew it was about to age out after 16 yrs.. After making a call they were able to accommodate my schedule to have an gentleman come out and talk what our options would be and give an estimate for an install of new unit. We were both on the agreement that it was time for new install but me like most I was going to get all the cold air I could out of the old before the new unit. Well came time for family vacation the following week and received call from house sitter stating it was hotter than,(well we all know the saying) in house. It was time and after one call we were scheduled for install. It was very reassuring knowing that we were about to receive professional service and install of new unit while out of town.
