Great family own business, nice people and great communication
I don't write many reviews, but L.D. Swain & Son definitely earned these five stars. Our A/C wasn't working, which was the last thing my eight-months-pregnant wife needed, but Donald managed to fit me in ASAP (despite being totally booked for the next several days), and Shane and my guy Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue, ran a whole new wire through the house, and got our A/C up and running in no time. I'm a new homeowner, but I'm already realizing the value in working with local, family-run businesses like L.D. Swain & Son. They knew my pregnant wife wasn't going to be able to sleep in his hot house, so they showed some heart and made it work despite how busy they are.
