I have always had a wonderful experience with DAC. The service folks are great. They don't mind if you watch what they are doing and they are very helpful in answering questions. They even give a few helpful pointers to help the customer take care of their equipment. Everyone, including Michelle who works in the office, are extremely polite and easy to talk with.
