Formula Air was prompt at contacting and getting us a quote by email. Other companies wanted to come to our home before telling us pricing but Formula Air was able to give a quote based on the square footage. We were quickly scheduled. The communication before hand was very impressive and professional. Tom was on time and very professional. He get right to the issue of my heater and spend quite an effort to replace the part due to the compact installation of my heater.
