Andre and Phillip were great. Honest, insightful, and professional. Andre took the time to explain what was going on with our old system, and addressed every question we had. Both he and Phillip did a great job on the install. They were courteous and left the place how they found it, except with AC now. The communication before hand was very impressive and professional. Tom was on time and very professional. He get right to the issue of my heater and spend quite an effort to replace the part due to the compact installation of my heater. Second time being referred to Formula Air from my warranty and they are great. Cameron is very responsive and accommodated the service time with my work schedule and Tom my technician has been here twice and is extremely pleasant and polite. He is full of energy, fixes my issue each time and gave love to my dog who wanted his attention. I appreciate you all and thank you for always having a great attitude and great customer service.
