Our technician, Scott, was wonderful to work with. He did such a thorough job trying to find and fix our issues and he even came out another time when it wasn’t working quite right and continued troubleshooting until we found one little adjustment that made everything work again like it used to. Their scheduling team was also awesome to work with. They were very responsive and followed through on everything. Also it is unheard of these days but they came out exactly when they said they would each time, on the spot. Wow! That is so rare anymore. Thank you Formula Air team! Andre and Phillip were great. Honest, insightful, and professional. Andre took the time to explain what was going on with our old system, and addressed every question we had. Both he and Phillip did a great job on the install. They were courteous and left the place how they found it, except with AC now.
