Big mistake. Zero stars. Charged me $455 to run a snake, find the blockage and then NOT clear it. Tech didn't even try to cut through with the snake. They wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $800 more on top of the $455 to come back and jet the line the next day. They were already talking about needing to dig it all up ($$$). When I complained, they offered to give me a partial refund only if I would commit to even more services from them. No. I called a different experienced company who came the next day and cleared the line in short order without issues. Avoid. Service: Sewer cleaning

My technician Ross was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Did amazing work and showed first class professionalism. From start to finish the process was seamless. I hired Matthew's Plumbing Solutions to complete a rough-in plumbing installation for a bathroom addition to the rear of our home. It required a completely new drain line to be installed from the rear of the home to a clean-out at the front (75 ft. run). Matthew's was extremely easy to work with from the initial contact through the completion of the work. The office staff communicated everything in a timely manner, the on-site crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, and Matt the owner stopped by to make sure things were going well.
