Shout out to JR Lane Plumbing. They got the job done for us. Walked us through the entire process of the main water line replacement. They were very knowledgeable and the staff and technicians were reliable, they followed up with us every step of the way. We could not even tell they were at the house to install a new line. Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing. The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

I called on a Monday morning because we had started having this knocking and shaking every time we flush the toilet, or used the washing machine. They actually answered the phone! The lead plumber was able to troubleshoot and even give a range estimate over the phone and send someone out to solve our issue that very day!
