And there are no words for how essential Carmen was to us. She dealt with every step of the insurance and financing processes, even prompting them to raise the amount of their coverage. After talking to countless other contractors who knocked on our door offering free roof inspections/estimates, we decided to take a chance on Apal, primarily because the professionalism and straightforwardness of company rep Mike stood out from the rest. From the initial inspection, to working through the insurance claim process (we learned we had hail damage and recalled shingles), to actual installation, Mike was helpful and available, answering any and all questions or concerns that we had. Incredibly, the crew arrived early in the morning and worked all day until dark, finishing the job in a single day. Never seen so many guys work so hard on a job site in such an organized and coordinated manner. Most importantly, the final product was outstanding, and the new roof looks great (and doesn't leak)! Carmen was excellent setting up everything for my roof installation and giving me the guidance I needed. The crew did a great job with the roof. I was actually off-site for the entire process and it was easy to communicate. They sent pictures and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Everything was sent via electronic files which makes my record keeping so much easier. I chose the Owens Corning duration shingles and I’m super excited to have this product protecting my house; it looks great and is a quality product. I recommend Apal roofing.
