Artisan Handyman

Jeff and his team have a great, professional and honest business going. After months of back and forth with another contractor, we went with Artisan Handyman. The process to get a bid could not have been more simple due to their online process. Took all of about 3 minutes, and I had a bid within a day or two. Communication was great, handyman showed up on time, was kind and respectful while working inside our home all day. The job took longer than anticipated, but they did waive the overtime (only 20 or so minutes) which I felt was fair and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to have work done. The technician they sent, Tim, was so kind and gracious and did a wonderful job quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. Mary, who was my main contact was so helpful through everything.
