Kevin came out quickly on a Sunday evening. Did an honest assessment and had my outside unit fixed in 30 minutes. Super nice and helpful. A++
Excellent experience with Randall's! They were able to have a tech out within an hour of my initial call. Eric took the time to explain the issue our A/C unit was having, explained our options, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Absolute professional! By far the best experience I have ever had with any A/C company. When it's time to upgrade my A/C system I will be using Randall's because of the quality of service and Eric's absolute professionalism! Thanks for the help Eric!
