Have a 1950's house that is a pain to work on. But it was no problem for Falcon. They were friendly, hard working, informative and it was a great value. My house isnt easy to work on and I know it. If you need any electrical work done, do no hesitate to have them do it.

1. Prompt and timely 2. Proactively put on booties and cleaned after themselves 3. Calm, neutral, transparent, informative, and communicative. 4. Were very methodical in their work and even checked associated switches/outlets which may have been damaged from the issue that motivated the call to falcon. We noticed another switch which burnt out across the house and they fixed it during the same appointment. The update to pricing was fair for that last minute add on. 5. Pricing was worth it, especially on how short notice they were available Definitely one of my favorite experiences to date with getting help for something with the house. I'll be happy to do business here again :) Update: noticed that one of the switches was bent when reinstalled and they came out on short notice to address it - same quality of experience and I appreciate it a lot! Falcon Service gave me great service: the end of day summary of work done on my house—at the end of every workday, great communication skills to let me know arrival time and date if it was in the future, the fact that a real person answered my phone calls to get and give information. I observed electricians Jonathan and David’s attention to detail and their conferring with me when there was a choice to be made. Equally valuable was learning the trade-offs I could expect if I chose one option over another. Finally, I appreciate the thorough work done on my project. I would not hesitate to enlist them for my next project.
