Because we needed service right away and I didn't get additional quotes I can't speak to the value but the Falcon team was prompt and spent several hours diagnosing and fixing a gnarly electrical problem. They also provided some additional upgrades and did a whole house inspection. Both electricians were super friendly and were willing to walk me through what they were working on and provide additional information so I could make an informed decision. Overall great experience. Have a 1950's house that is a pain to work on. But it was no problem for Falcon. They were friendly, hard working, informative and it was a great value. My house isnt easy to work on and I know it. If you need any electrical work done, do no hesitate to have them do it.

I had a terrible terrible experience with this company and won't recommend to anybody. A technician came on Oct 11 and identified some electrical outlet and switch problems. I asked him to provide me a repair quote. Then everything fell absolutely silent. I waited until Oct 21st and called the office for an update. I was told to expect a call from the technician in a couple days. Nobody called and I reached out again on Oct 27th. Again I was promised to expect a call in a couple days--again nothing happened. I called one more time on Nov 2nd--same promise but again nobody called me backed. This is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
