Falcon Service gave me great service: the end of day summary of work done on my house—at the end of every workday, great communication skills to let me know arrival time and date if it was in the future, the fact that a real person answered my phone calls to get and give information. I observed electricians Jonathan and David’s attention to detail and their conferring with me when there was a choice to be made. Equally valuable was learning the trade-offs I could expect if I chose one option over another. Finally, I appreciate the thorough work done on my project. I would not hesitate to enlist them for my next project. I had a terrible terrible experience with this company and won't recommend to anybody. A technician came on Oct 11 and identified some electrical outlet and switch problems. I asked him to provide me a repair quote. Then everything fell absolutely silent. I waited until Oct 21st and called the office for an update. I was told to expect a call from the technician in a couple days. Nobody called and I reached out again on Oct 27th. Again I was promised to expect a call in a couple days--again nothing happened. I called one more time on Nov 2nd--same promise but again nobody called me backed. This is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

Scott gave estimate and had guys out here same day! Wow! The. David and Cory (great guys!!!) came in and replaced my old breaker box from 1963. They are so professional, cleaned up everything! Competitive pricing as I had other bids when doing other stuff on house. Really nice job! I definitely will use Falcon Electric again.
