What’s not to love about this company and Nicholas, the fix technician?! First, the 24 hour capability of reporting something requiring a fix was outstanding, as was all the follow-through. Nicholas came after giving me a narrowed time window from what was given the night prior when scheduled. He also contacted to let me know he was on the way and to estimate the time of arrival (which was accurate). He explained what his process would be and got to work assessing the situation. He returned indoors to provide options for repairs and even repeated them when I got my husband on the phone. Once a plan was made, he effected repairs and came back inside to let me know that was done, warranty information, and set up an ongoing maintenance schedule.
