Punch List Pros

I have called on Punch List Pros to do a number of jobs on my home recently as I get it prepared to go on the market. Every time they have come, they have provided excellent work in a timely manner. I've been able to get an estimate on my jobs within a day or two of making the initial phone call, and then had the work scheduled soon after accepting the quote in a way that met my needs. Extremely satisfied with this company, their business model, and the people that have come out to do the work - super friendly and very knowledgeable and skilled. We recently had an issue with my college students condo when the upstairs unit had a water leak that ran down to our unit and created a water stain in the ceiling. The resulting water also caused the sheet to separate from the edging of the other sheets in the ceiling causing a visible crack to appear. The upstairs landlord was great and took action to repair the damages by hiring Punch List Pros. The person they sent out came out and looked at the issue and said he could repair the stain and cracking. This was on Aug 8th that the work was done. The next day, there was a separation appearing where the repair work was done. My daughter has called them numerous times, left messages and gets no return calls. I have called and I am waiting on someone to call me back. Reviewing the comments about this business would lead me to believe they are very well run and professional. I could not be more pleased with the work done! They installed and mounted an air conditioning unit for my home office and fixed a baseboard that was damaged when our dishwasher was installed. The cost was reasonable, the work was excellent and everyone was very friendly and professional. Would recommend 10/10.
