Punch List Pros

I hired Punch list pros for numerous small jobs around the house, which included installation of a glass shower door as well curtain rod and curtain hanging in two bedrooms. On the estimate they charged an astronomical $160/hr, but I went ahead and booked them because I am willing to pay for quality work. Quality work is not what I got. The shower door is already not functioning properly, gets stuck and does not close. They bent one end of my curtain rods. I called Punch List Pros yesterday and spoke to the manager whose name I believe is Steve. He said he would send someone over to address the glass shower door yet no one showed. No follow up phone call, nothing. Do not waste your time or money for such poor quality of work and poor customer service.

From the beginning the estimate was straightforward. I had a few things I was looking ant getting done and he even gave me some tips to save some money and DIY a project. I needed a small amount of siding repaired and replaced. Punch List was recommended by a contractor. From the estimate visit to the final repair visit, the folks at Punch List were very helpful. Ray, the assigned craftsman, was personable and responsive to questions. He had high standards in the appearance and longevity of the work. I appreciate that very much.
