Sunrise Electric Co.

Cody was supposed to show up at 3PM, but showed up so early that he was done with the work by 3:09 PM. He knew exactly what he was doing, and solved the problem with the lights in our office the same day we emailed. My store and our Sister Store have now found the only Electricians we will call if the need arises.

I recently had Sunrise Electrical come to my house and repair some work that was incorrectly done by another company, that I currently am in a lawsuit with. The work they did was fine, that is not why I am giving them a 1 star. The reason for the 1 star is because of customer service. When Sunrise Electrical started their work, I requested from them a list of everything they needed to repair so that I could give the list to my attorney and have some proof of the incorrect work done by the previous company. Sunrise Electrical told me they would be glad to help us out by creating that list. After the work had been done, I paid them what was owed and waited for the corrections list. After not receiving anything from Sunrise Electrical, I contacted them and was told a story that unfortunately the person from Sunrise Electrical had to be sent out of the country for a while. To me that sounds a little fishy. One of the main reasons I decided to go with Sunrise Electrical is because they said

Called them out to do an industrial job. They were not safe at all while using our lifting equipment, used the wrong size wire, and were very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager, Jackson Elrod, who was very customer friendly, and he got things corrected. Because he was pleasant to work with, I decided to give them another chance. I set up for them to do some work and then went on vacation. When I returned from vacation I found that they never showed up. I again called Jackson, and was told that they didn't show up because it was never confirmed. I had no missed email or phone call and did not appreciate the blame being put on me. They WILL not have another chance to win my business.
