We needed a part ordered to fix our secondary unit. I was pleasantly surprised to know it came in on 3 business days. The problem was taken care of and we are pleased with the service. Joe Wagner was on time and went above and beyond to diagnose and correct our cooler issues. Will be using him continually in the future.
We had to put in an early Sunday morning call for assistance. We had no air!! Our call was taken by the answer service. We had a call from Joe shortly after 8 letting us know he would be coming shortly. Joe Wagner was very personable and thorough in his evaluation. Took time to double-check every step. Found our problem very quickly and also noted another issue, which he also corrected. We’ve had him at least twice and are very pleased with his work. This business continues to do a great job.
