Alex Peterkin, technician, did a over-.the-top job replacing a worn out evaporation unit. My downstairs basement had pools of standing water. He not only promptly identified the problem, but when the new unit had been installed, he swept out the water and, getting down on hands and knees, mopped up the mud with towels. This is extraordinary customer service. Thank you, Alex, for repairing my air conditioner, and for leaving the space as clean as she possibly could. Service: HVAC system repair
