My neighbor is in the process of selling her home I was assisting her with the removal of personal belongings when we discovered that me, my sister, and her could not remove the oversized dresser on our own - Thankfully, the inspector for the buyer, David had arrived earlier than expected at the job site, I asked if he could help us and he had no issue helping and even struck up a conversation while waiting on the real estate agent to arrive as he was an entire 30 minutes early!
