We had a great experience working with McCullough. I put in a request to be contacted on their website and immediately got a call to setup a consultation regarding a new system. Alex came out and extensively went through our needs with us and some challenges we were facing cooling off our common area. He talked with us and showed us what we would need to do for about an hour. We felt very taken care of. When we moved forward, they scheduled the install and Glass and Mark were our installation technicians. They were great! Very careful and respectful and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I don't believe this company will give you the cheapest quote out there but you will definitely get the best quality and service you could image!
My 28 year old system finally needed to be replaced. I called several HVAC companies and got quotes. McCullough was by far the most professional of the companies. Troy came out to do an estimate on a holiday weekend. The quote was very detailed, complete and included everything we discussed including adding a vent and a return into a bedroom over the garage. In addition, mcCullough were able schedule the install very quickly. The install team did an excellent job. They were professional, communicative, respectful, and very knowledgeable.
