We had a great experience working with McCullough. I put in a request to be contacted on their website and immediately got a call to setup a consultation regarding a new system. Alex came out and extensively went through our needs with us and some challenges we were facing cooling off our common area. He talked with us and showed us what we would need to do for about an hour. We felt very taken care of. When we moved forward, they scheduled the install and Glass and Mark were our installation technicians. They were great! Very careful and respectful and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I don't believe this company will give you the cheapest quote out there but you will definitely get the best quality and service you could image!

My recent experience with McCullough has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, I encountered some dedicated individuals in the team who worked diligently to install and later resolve issues with my HVAC system. However, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. The initial installation process went smoothly, but a critical oversight emerged regarding the accessibility of my water heater. It took an extensive back-and-forth email exchange to arrive at a solution. While McCullough did eventually address the issue by re-routing the return ducts, the resolution process was protracted and required a significant time investment on my part. What's disappointing is that there was a lack of ownership and proactive communication from McCullough's end throughout this ordeal. Even though I invested considerable time and effort to find a solution, there was no goodwill refund offered for the hours spent. In the end, I have a functioning HVAC system, but the overall experience left a sour

James did an excellent job. This was a revision of the work done by Joel 3 weeks prior. James listened carefully to my concerns about excessive dripping inside my tub and some water leak on the ceiling proper next to where the unit is mounted. HAVC Duct & Vent cleaning was done thoroughly and it resolved the problem. James also explained the issue and the steps he took to correct it.
