Austin Roofing and Construction

I have to say that Austin Roofing and Construction sent out one of their best people, Nick Triana. He was prompt, very courteous, and professional. He quickly identified the issue and took appropriate measures to ensure a proper repair could be executed. I have to commend Alicia, dispatch coordinator, as well. Just as Nick she was very friendly and sympathetic to my cause as my roof was leaking profusely. She was able to convey the sense of urgency necessary for their personnel to respond very quickly with the correct materials to do the job. They are our number one go-to for anything roof related. We have had nothing but amazingly positive experiences with them, and we wholeheartedly recommend them. In particular, Christian has been great at helping with everything from assessing our roof after storms to helping install a new solar fan. Thanks for all the help over the years!

Originally I thought Hector and his crew did a wonderful job on our roof repair but about 7 months later (convenient a month after the warranty ended) we saw a leak appear within a few feet of where repairs were done. We had someone come out a take a look at the roof and explain there wasn’t anything they could do except write up another quote. We found out Hector had been let go sometime after our repair was done and they’re now recommending a whole roof replacement. It’s very unprofessional to put your customers in this situation and not offer any type of discount for a possibly mishandled job. We were originally told by Hector our roof was in great shape and in no need of replacement just the few repairs addressed…now a whole roof replacement is recommended. These issues should have been caught in the original roof inspection.
