I have had their technicians out twice, once for plumbing and once for an AC issue. They are the best company I have dealt with each time. Great techs, quick service and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Not sure how I got specifically to Denali CS, but from the person taking my call to the tech who talked me through some troubleshooting on the phone (for over 15 minutes), to getting Sergio out to determine what exactly was the problem, it was fast, easy, and rather than selling me a new unit (which I know I'm going to need soon), I got an honest opinion of what was the problem and options for getting the unit up and running vs. replacing it. Sergio was professional and knowledgeable. When he didn't know something, he said as much. He diagnosed the problem, tested it, and repaired it. He gave me sound advice and options for using Denali CS in the future. Thank for not ruining my holiday budget! Service: Heating system repair
