I called Medley Heating & Air Conditioning to check my unit a few days ago. Mason arrived with the best customer service from the moment he was getting out of his automobile. He greeted me from the street and introduced himself once he made it inside. He explained that he would examine everything thoroughly then advised what and if anything needed to be corrected. He was wonderful! He made my home cooler in no time. His personality actually made my day better. I told him to tell his boss that he made a great choice in hiring him lol. Several weeks ago our A/C stopped working so called Texas Medley and Cody came out that day and determined the inside motor was a total loss so we opted to get a whole new unit installed. They were able to come the next day and the crew was very professional and worked in the 90 degree heat to get everything done. I am so great full for them as I had my 84 year old mom in the house that they got it all done. I will always recommend Texas Medley.
