I had the unfortunate experience of relying on an A/C company that had previously installed a new compressor for my Trane 4 ton in 2020. When it stopped working in June 2023, I knew it was under warranty and chose him to do the repair. He made mistakes and didn’t even put coolant in and my A/C shut down one week later on a Sunday when it was 110 outside. Monday morning I called several other companies and Medley was the only one that had a live in person receptionist, Jeannie who was kind, calm and empathetic. She connected me with technicians that same day. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were knowledgeable and professional. It took them all afternoon and into the early evening because my unit was such a mess. I had A/C that night that was so efficient it cooled my house in 2 hours and now I use 300 less kw a month! The owner, Texas was available all afternoon and evening when the technicians called in for status reports and he obviously cares about his employees in the field. I will

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Medley! They saved me when another company failed to show up. The other company had no sense of urgency so I wasn’t sure what to expect from Medley. I was pleasantly surprised how responsive Medley was. I was able to get a next-day appointment and they kept me informed all day until the technician was available to meet me at my home. So professional, so friendly, and most of all informative! Colton was amazing at explaining the issues to me and reassured me that he would take care of the problem. He was very thorough, yet efficient and left my AC unit running better than it has in years! I will absolutely trust all of my future AC issues to Medley, without a doubt.

Medley provided excellent service. We care new customers as our last service company stopped supporting this area. Arrived on time as scheduled. In advance, they text the technician's name and that he would have a badge and company apparel. A comprehensive review of the system was completed with a couple of items noted for future service. No pressure sales. We received a full report and the invoice through email. We decided to sign up for the annual service agreement which will cover our spring/summer check. Highly recommend. Easy to schedule, nice people, reliable and knowledgeable.
