I called Medley Heating & Air Conditioning to check my unit a few days ago. Mason arrived with the best customer service from the moment he was getting out of his automobile. He greeted me from the street and introduced himself once he made it inside. He explained that he would examine everything thoroughly then advised what and if anything needed to be corrected. He was wonderful! He made my home cooler in no time. His personality actually made my day better. I told him to tell his boss that he made a great choice in hiring him lol. I used Medley to come check my AC systems before the summer season and they were super friendly, informative and thorough! They answered all my questions and also helped me learn how to use the schedule features on the thermostats. I usually feel intimidated when professionals come out thinking I’m getting scammed to do work that doesn’t need done but I felt like they were honest and explained everything to where I understood exactly what was wrong and next steps!
