Stephen is highly knowledgable and really takes time to explain stuff when we got questions. He has been looking after our HVAC system for a year and we are planning to switch to DIamond Blue Air for our rental property too. Really good service and very professional. Tech was on time, very professional. Found that out condenser fan motor was going out and went to the A/C parts store to get one but did not have it in stock. He called me and let me know what the ETA was for the part. Love to communication.
