Everyone there is very nice, informative and have excellent customer service skills! Prices are fair. Very upfront about turn around time for repair
Called for a service, told them over the phone exactly what I needed done as it is something they have done before (not only for me but for multiple people in my industry). I scheduled it 2 weeks out so they'd have enough time to order parts and be ready for when I arrive. I live an hour away and I arrive only to be told they would have to order parts for the service I need and it would be 2 days before they would come in. Wasted my time. When you can actually get service it is good, but they dropped the ball big time on this one.
Edited review: Although I had a bad customer service experience with this company the owner reached out within an hour & did everything he could to make things right. I was very impressed And have more confidence that what I experienced is not the norm
