Elevation A/C and Heating Company is knowledgeable, reliable, and communicates promptly with the customer. We have used Elevation services for 5 years. Our two neighbors repeatedly have called Elevation A/C for air-conditioning repairs. Elevation A/C and Heating replaced our Air-Handler (in the enclosed utility room located on the 3rd level flat roof), replaced the Air-Conditioning Unit (outside on the 3rd level roof deck), replaced a coil, installed a thermostat, and answered simple questions regarding settings for both cool air and heat. The owner traveled from Austin to San Antonio, Texas to secure a part during Covid times. The owner secured a crane to hoist these units up to the 3rd level, and was willing to assist a plumber to secure this same crane operator to remove and hoist up water heating tanks to the 3rd level.
