Michael came out for our annual inspection and did a great job evaluating our AC unit. My favorite part is the proof of needed repairs from multiple pictures: our manufacturer recommendations and the readings that he took. My home is part of their maintenance program, so I will see them again in late fall to assess the heating unit. Thanks Koala Cooling!
Came home from work to an 80 degree home. Called Koala and they sent a crew in less than 24 hours and were able to service my AC and make it operational again. The crew were knowledgeable and professional.
Paul and Micheal and the entire team are reliable, thorough and excellent communicators. I signed up for their membership because of their professionalism. Wish I could give them more stars.
