Koala Cooling replaced our AC nearly 2 months ago. Our thermostat shut off Friday night and they were out Saturday morning. Seems to have been some condensation that built up. I appreciate the speedy and professional service that they provided. I’m glad to have their phone # at the ready. They got us up and running fast which is a blessing in this Texas heat. Came home from work to an 80 degree home. Called Koala and they sent a crew in less than 24 hours and were able to service my AC and make it operational again. The crew were knowledgeable and professional.

First of all Renee at the office was very kind and helped to move up our appointment. Always great news. Our technician, Adrian, was able to identify the problem soon after he arrived, broke down my options, completed the service and offered additional recommendations to help with the longevity of our systems. He even accommodated my schedule by wrapping things up so quickly. I have always enjoyed the service and people at Koala Kooling. Top notch in my opinion.
